This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) establishes the terms and conditions for the use by Network users of the site https://sportcup.org (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”) and constitutes an Agreement between the Administration and any person who is a user of the Site (hereinafter referred to as the “User”).
1.1 The administration grants the user the right to use the Site in the manner and under the terms of this agreement.
1.2 If the User does not agree with this Agreement, then he must stop using the Site.
2.1 The User undertakes not to take actions that may be considered as a violation of the law or international law, as well as any actions that may lead to a violation of the normal operation of the Site.
2.2 The User undertakes to regularly, at least once every fourteen days, familiarize himself with the content of this Agreement in order to timely familiarize himself with its changes and / or additions.
2.3 The User undertakes not to use automated scripts (programs) to collect information and (or) interact with the Site.
2.4 It is forbidden to place any commercial advertising, promotional materials, distribute spam, any other intrusive information, except when the placement of such information has been approved by the Administration.
2.5 It is forbidden to publish any information that contains threats, discredits or offends other users, is vulgar, is of a fraudulent nature, promotes hatred or enmity.
2.6 Obscene language and political campaigning are prohibited.
3.1 The Administration has the right, in case of violation by the user of the user agreement, to block the user's account on the Site.
3.2 The Administration has the right to make changes to the User Agreement without prior and (or) subsequent notice. The new version of the User Agreement comes into force from the moment it is posted on the Site.
3.3 The Administration has the right to delete information posted on the Site.
4.1 The administration is not responsible for the illegal actions of users.
4.2 The Administration is not responsible for damages, losses or expenses, including lost profits, arising from the use or inability to use the Site.
4.3 The Administration is not responsible for the visit and use by the user of external resources, links to which may be contained on the Site.
5.1 In the process of using the Site, the User's personal information may be required, which will be used for identification and feedback. Personal information includes: email address, name, Site usage statistics.
5.2 The Site may use personal information for the following purposes: the correct functioning of the Site, the management of the User's account, contact with the User.
5.3 The User has the right to request the removal of his personal information from the Site. To do this, write a letter with the subject "Deletion of personal information" to the address support@sportcup.org.
