Telegram notifications are sent by the official service bot. To configure them, your profile must be linked to a Telegram account, and then the bot must be activated.
The profile can be linked to Telegram in one of the following ways:

The bot cannot message first, so you need to activate the chat with @sportcuporg_bot by sending the /start command. If everything is successful, the bot will reply with a greeting, and you will be able to view the profile via the bot: using the "Profile" button or the /profile command. If notifications are enabled in the profile, they will then arrive in the chat with the bot.
